1 cup steamed kale, swiss chard, or spinach
2 green onions (chopped)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 TBS lemon juice or to taste
1 cup cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
A few sprigs of fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic
Directions: Puree in a blender or food processor.
