Looking outside you wouldn’t guess it is April 19th. It definitely feels more like January!
This time last year, we had potatoes, peas, radishes, swiss chard, spinach, lettuce, broccoli, and cabbage in the ground. Right now the only green in our garden is our over-wintered garlic, spinach, rye, and perennial flowers. Our greenhouse, on the other hand is full of beautiful little plants patiently waiting to go outside.
